Shenzhen, China, June 8,2026-SEICHITECH announced the establishment of a new subsidiary, Shanghai SEICHI Technologies Co., Ltd..This strategic move marks a step forward in SEICHITECH’s global innovation expansion,further enhancing the company’s R&D and innovation network across China’s premier semiconductor hubs which include the Greater Bay Area,the Yangtze River Delta and Central China,as well as accelerating the development of its global collaborative innovation footprint.
Shanghai,as a core hub of China’s integrated circuit industry, offers a robust industrial ecosystem, leading industry-academia-research resources, and a highly internationalized platform. Leveraging its years of technical expertise and industrialization capabilities in semiconductor test and inspection, SEICHITECH will establish a high-end R&D center in Shanghai to meet the demands of cutting-edge industries. To adrress the evolving test requirements of cutting-edge technologies in AI era, the center will focus on core R&D areas, such as HBM testers, high-performance computing chip test equipment, and ASIC main control chips. Meanwhile, the center will collaborate with industry partners on critical technological challenges,to form a closed loop of collaborative R&D, iterative verification, and mass production. Together, it aims to drive high-end semiconductor test and inspection equipment toward superior performance, higher precision, and greater intelligence.
The year 2026 marks the 15th anniversary of SEICHITECH. Over the past 15 years, the company has adhered to its R&D philosophy of“one generation in mass production, one in development, and one in pre-research,”continuously strengthening its core technological capabilities.
