SEICHITECH Expands Central China Footprint with New Subsidiary in Wuhan

Shenzhen, China, [May 19,2026] — SEICHITECH announced the establishment of a new subsidiary, Wuhan SEICHI Technologies Co., Ltd., marking the company’s latest strategic expansion in central China. The move follows SEICHITECH’s existing presence in Shenzhen, Suzhou, Hefei, Nanjing, and other key locations.

Wuhan, one of China’s core hubs for the integrated circuit industry, offers a complete industrial chain and rich industry-academia-research resources. The city serves as a strategic pillar for the national “optics, chips, screens, terminals, and networks” industrial development plan.

Leveraging its years of technical expertise and industrialization capabilities in semiconductor test and inspection, SEICHITECH will establish a high-end R&D and production center in Wuhan focused on memory chip test equipment to meet the demands of cutting-edge industries. The company will conduct R&D on key technologies and core equipment to address evolving testing requirements in areas such as AI computing chips, advanced memory, and advanced optoelectronics.

Since its founding, SEICHITECH has consistently made technological innovation the core driver of its growth. The company maintains an R&D rhythm of “one generation in mass production, one in development, and one in pre-research,” continuously strengthening its technical teams and reinforcing its leadership in core technology areas.

To date, SEICHITECH has established R&D and manufacturing bases in several key semiconductor regions across China, forming an efficient and collaborative local R&D and manufacturing network. The company has also set up R&D centers in Hong Kong, South Korea, and Japan, and works closely with industry partners in the United States and Europe to fully integrate into the global semiconductor industry chain.

The establishment of the Wuhan subsidiary marks the official launch of SEICHITECH’s central China regional strategy. The company will deeply integrate into Wuhan’s integrated circuit ecosystem, strengthen industrial chain collaboration and value co-creation, and leverage Wuhan’s rich academic and talent resources to continuously enhance its technological innovation capabilities for global markets.

Moving forward, SEICHITECH will continue to use its Shenzhen headquarters as a strategic hub, with test and inspection technology at its core, steadily improving its integrated “R&D – manufacturing – service” network. The company aims to provide global customers with more efficient, high-quality systematic solutions and work with industry partners to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China’s semiconductor industry.
